Weekly Announcements (5/4-5/11)

It's not too late to join a new Sunday School class. If you don't go to Sunday School here's your opportunity to get connected.

Here are the classes that we are offering for the next 13 weeks:

Beginning Sunday, May 11th, grab a baby bottle for Sav-a-Life's Baby Bottle Boomerang. Fill up the bottle with coins, dollar bills, and checks, and return them to the church on June 15th. Like a boomerang, they will return to our local Sav-a-Life to help their operations as the largest and oldest pregnancy care ministry in Alabama.

This Sunday, May 11th, we will be taking up a benevolence offering following the service to help those in need within our church and community.

On May 17th we will be working to maintain our campus beginning at 8 AM ET. This specific serve day will setting out pine straw, maintaining weeds, and trimming hedges. If you’d like to serve on this serve team, please sign up.

Are you interested in becoming a member of our church? Join us for this class immediately following the service in the Family Life Center to learn about the process of becoming a member.

Join us for our Women’s Breakfast in the Family Life Center. This fellowship time will allow the women of our church to gather together to enjoy a free breakfast. Pastor Kevin will also lead us in a time of prayer and a Bible study. Please register by 5/25 to ensure we have enough food.

We still need someone willing and called to teach our children during Sunday School. This is a vital aspect of our church, especially as we seek to grow and look towards the future.
